Dane Care works with the APC Courier network and Royal Mail.
For orders between 1kg and 20 kg the delivery price for the majority of addresses is £12.50 excluding vat. Above 20kg the courier price increases incrementally weights increase by £1.25 per kg. Deliveries to more outlying parts of the UK will be more expensive and the rate depends on your postcode.
Sample packages or items under 1kg are shipped £8 excluding VAT.
3 or less sample sachets are offered for delivery via Royal Mail 1st class postage c. £1.80 excluding VAT. This is a flat rate across the UK.
The vast majority of goods will arrive next day as indicated at our checkout IF orders are placed before 1.30pm. We will make every effort to ensure this happens, but keep an eye out for our email confirmations to you to ensure the despatch has been actioned and not held up for unexpected reasons.
If you will not be in to receive the goods please state the Safe Place, as to where you would like the driver to leave the parcel.
Items marked Stock Item (HA), (CI) or (BL) come from our 2nd stockholding and will normally be delivered next working day if the order is received before midday. Otherwise the chances are the working day afterwards.
We do not make a profit on shipping and offer as wide a range of services as possible, without tying ourselves into logistical knots. When you reach the checkout you will be presented with a list of delivery options. The cheapest one will be chosen by default but you can change this. The options to choose from are as below although the options may be restricted by your locality. The timed deliveries are indicative and not guaranteed, but the APC network does their best to fulfill these.
Saturday deliveries are the same pricing as weekday.
Finally, the complexity of setting up a website to deal with every permutation of transport means on rare occassions your postcode wont be offered any delivery and just show 'Collect from Store'.
